3.3 User Consent: Installation constitutes explicit consent for all necessary system modifications and security adjustments required for proper operation.

4.1 Account Security: You bear sole responsibility for maintaining account credential confidentiality and all activities conducted under your account.

4.2 Authorized Usage: Your license is personal and non-transferable. Account sharing, credential distribution, or multi-user access is strictly prohibited.

4.3 Activity Monitoring: We reserve the right to monitor account usage patterns to prevent abuse and ensure compliance with these terms.

5.2 User Feedback: Any suggestions, feature requests, or improvement ideas you provide become our exclusive property and may be implemented without compensation.

6.1 Service Provision: XNRL Tweaks is provided "AS IS" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific performance outcomes.

6.2 Maintenance Windows: We reserve the right to perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or improvements that may temporarily affect service availability.

6.3 Compatibility: While we strive for broad compatibility, we cannot guarantee functionality across all hardware configurations or software environments.

7.1 Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through authorized payment processors. Subscription fees are charged according to your selected billing cycle.

7.2 No Refund Policy: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. This includes but is not limited to:

• Change of mind or buyer's remorse
• Compatibility issues with your system
• Performance not meeting expectations
• Account violations or terminations
• Service discontinuation or feature changes

7.3 Billing Disputes: Payment disputes must be resolved directly with your payment provider. XNRL Technologies does not handle chargeback requests.

8.1 Information Gathering: XNRL Tweaks collects system information, usage analytics, and performance metrics to improve service quality and ensure proper functionality.

8.2 License Verification: The Application communicates with our servers for license validation, update distribution, and anti-piracy measures.

8.3 Data Protection: All collected data is handled according to our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection regulations.

9.1 Disclaimer: XNRL TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM SOFTWARE USAGE.

9.2 Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid for the software license in the preceding 12 months.

9.3 System Damage: Users acknowledge that system modifications carry inherent risks, and XNRL Technologies bears no responsibility for hardware or software damage.

10.1 Immediate Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your license immediately for violations of these terms, suspected fraud, or abuse of service.

10.2 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, you must cease all use of XNRL Tweaks and delete all copies from your systems.

10.3 No Compensation: License termination does not entitle you to refunds, compensation, or damages regardless of remaining subscription time.

11.1 Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where XNRL Technologies operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11.2 Dispute Resolution: All disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable arbitration association.

11.3 Severability: If any provision is deemed unenforceable, the remaining terms shall continue in full effect.
